5. Event Attendance

Tickets purchased for the Toronto Game Expo are subject to the following terms:

• Tickets are non-refundable except where explicitly stated otherwise.
• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without our prior written consent.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove anyone from the event whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
• Photography and recording may take place at our events. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as a visitor/attendee and to such content being used in any format or media without payment.
• All attendees must comply with venue safety and security procedures and the instructions of event staff.

6. Exhibitor Terms

Companies or individuals exhibiting at the Toronto Game Expo agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees by the deadlines specified in exhibitor agreements.
• Follow all setup, display, and breakdown guidelines provided by event management.
• Obtain appropriate insurance as required in exhibitor agreements.
• Be responsible for the security of their own materials and equipment.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the display and demonstration of their products.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Toronto Game Expo, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, any content on the Website or such other websites, or any services or items obtained through the Website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Toronto Game Expo, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
